To setup Semi-integrated mode on your debit machine (this lets your Repoint computer talk to it). Do the following. Make sure you are on Stand alone mode. You will know this by seeing the sale icons
Then click ADMIN login with your admin account. Then go to
9 – Misc. Options
1 – Semi-integrated
Enable semi-integrated should be turned on
Then click
2 – Communication type
set it to Ethernet and press Enter, set the port to 9001 make a note of the numbers at the top of this screen that is your IP address you will need it later. In the example the IP address is 10.0.1.36.
Then click
3 – Receipt options and set that to ECR
It should look like this when done:
Click the red button until you get back to the main screen
Now you should have the option to switch to Semi-integrated on the top right of the screen
You will know you are in Semi-integrated mode when the main screen says Welcome and the sale, return, void buttons are hidden
PART 2: Adjusting Repoint Settings
Now we will add the last settings into our Repoint: Point of Sale system to connect to the debit machine. In Repoint go to Settings > Payment types. At the bottom you will see it says Debit Machine change that setting to Network and enter in the IP address you wrote down earlier
It should look like this when complete
Click save on the bottom of the left column and your debit machine is now integrated and you should see the SEND TO PINPAD option now on the point of sale
